Dedicated Network Partners is looking for a positive and precise customer service representative to facilitate our supply chain operations. In this role, your goal is to ensure the smooth ordering, shipping and invoicing practices towards our international customers.
The position provides you with an unique overview across the globe working together with customers in various industries. You will act as the key counterpart overseeing, agreeing and communicating both inbound and outbound telecommunications product delivery related practices.
What we expect from you is that you would already have some experience in working with different nationalities and cultures. You will be in touch with customers from tens of different countries on a daily basis where a friendly, optimistic and empathetic style usually works the best.
You should be able to apply and stay up-to-date with supply chain management principles and practices. In a small team, your knowledge over export control and trade compliance will be needed. You should preferably be able to provide consultancy over topics such as the delivery terms (Incoterms 2010) and taxes (VAT). Experience in forwarding and knowledge over customs procedures are considered advantages.
