Dear Customer,

As summer approaches, we have some exciting updates to share with you regarding our products, personnel, and new partnerships.

As you may already know, Antti Viro, who has worked for DNWP for over 12 years, took on the role of CEO at Dedicated Network Partners in October — following his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer.

“The business has developed in line with our strategy. We have formed new partnerships and customer relationships, and product development has also progressed as expected,” Viro says.

Enhanced Solutions Variety

DNWP has recently entered into a reseller agreement with the globally operating company Adtran, renowned for its optical networking solutions and advanced synchronization devices for critical infrastructure environments.

This reseller agreement enables DNWP to better meet customer needs and provide a wider array of options among various products and technologies.

In particular, the high-capacity transmission products from Adtran will significantly enhance DNWP’s product offerings.

Another noteworthy addition to DNWP’s product lineup is Adtran’s Oscilloquartz, which delivers high-quality time and synchronization for utilities and mission-critical applications.

New MPLS-TP Software Release

DNWP’s key products, Connection Master and DynaWiz, now offer improved reliability in critical infrastructure environments with the release of an updated version of the software.

The latest Connection Master Native Packet software version especially enhances network manageability, security, and compatibility across different systems.

Key highlights of Connection Master Native Packet CE R5.1 include:
  • Support for 64 kbps time slot level b-type cross-connections, allowing any 64k interface to connect to E1 or SAToP interfaces. Time slots can also be linked between E1 and SAToP channels. Time slot level cross-connection provides full PDH 2Mbps primary multiplexer application.
  • Display of information regarding unsaved configuration changes (CLI and MIB).
  • Added configuration options for trap source address in the WebGUI.
  • Inclusion of session information concerning currently active users.
Key highlights of Connection Master Hybrid and DynaWiz CE R5.1 include:

New Solutions, New Hires

If you’re concerned about network structure or looking to streamline it, we now have even more assistance available!

Toni Nurminen has joined Dedicated Network Partners as the new Solutions Manager as of March 2025.

With 24 years of experience in tactical technologies such as firewalls, routers, and mobile networks – gained from previous positions at Nokia and Siemens – Toni adds valuable expertise to our team.

As Solutions Manager, Toni will serve as a technical expert, working closely with sales and DNWP customers worldwide.

“I tailor solution packages broadly, focusing on specializing in Adtran’s product range and the benefits it offers to our customers,” Toni says.

Troubleshooter, at Your Service!

We are also pleased to announce also another new hire. Janne Annola has joined DNWP Product Management team as a Product Specialist. His focus will be on our MPLS-TP products and transport networks, with a particular emphasis on commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer support.

From assisting with service turn-ups to resolving technical issues, he will be supporting both remote and on-site activities, helping ensure smooth and reliable customer operations.

Janne brings a solid background from the telecom industry, where he has taken ownership of IoT system and gained extensive technical experience with mobile networks – expertise that strengthens our ability to deliver high-quality transport solutions to our customers.

Connection Master User Group in Istanbul

We had the pleasure of hosting a Connection Master User Group meeting in Poland last year – thank you once again to everyone who took part!

Now, we’re excited to share that a similar event is in the works for Istanbul, Turkey, with a preliminary date set for the last weekend of September (week 39).
