Some services, for example support services, require a user account to help you to manage your support content and preferences.
Managing products and services
We use your personal data to manage our products, services, customer care, sales and marketing.
Communicating with you
We use your personal data to communicate with you, for example to inform you that our services have changed or to send you critical alerts and other such notices related to our products and/or services and to contact you for customer care related purposes.
Marketing, advertising and making recommendations
We may contact you to inform you about new products, services or promotions or to conduct market research when we have your consent or it is otherwise allowed.
Cookie usage
We use cookies on our website to improve user experience, analyse site traffic, and for marketing purposes.
We use Cookiebot to manage and document your cookie consents. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom left corner of our website.
More about cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer. The cookies collect information related to your device and we use them mainly to improve the site functionality and user experience.
YouTube is used to embed videos and media content on our website. To view this content, you first have to accept use of marketing cookies.
We also use a suite of advertising and analytics services provided by Google LLC. These tools help us analyze website traffic, measure the effectiveness of our marketing, and show you relevant advertisements based on your interests.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
We use GA4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. It collects data such as device information, browser type, and user behaviour (e.g., page views and session duration).
- IP Anonymization: In GA4, IP address anonymization is enabled by default. For users in the EU/EEA, IP addresses are truncated and processed on servers within the European Union before being transmitted to Google’s servers in the United States. This ensures your full IP address is never stored.
Google Signals (Cross-Device Tracking)
We have activated Google Signals as an extension of GA4. If you have “Ads Personalization” enabled in your Google Account, Google Signals associates your visit information from our site with your Google account.
- This allows us to receive aggregated and anonymized reports on user behaviour across different devices (e.g., recognizing that a user who visited via a smartphone later completed a purchase on a desktop).
- We do not receive any personally identifiable information (PII) from Google; the data remains strictly anonymous to us as the site operator.
Google Ads (Conversion Tracking & Remarketing)
We use Google Ads to promote our website and services. This includes:
- Conversion Tracking: We use cookies to track when a user performs a specific action (e.g., submitting a contact form) after clicking on one of our ads.
- Remarketing: We use these features to show you tailored advertisements on other websites within the Google Display Network based on your previous visits to our site.
- Customer Match: Where applicable, hashed (pseudonymized) data may be shared with Google to reach specific audiences.
Data Transfers and Legal Basis
Data collected via these services is transmitted to and stored on Google servers in the United States. This processing is based on your explicit consent provided via our cookie banner. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which ensures a level of data protection compliant with the GDPR for international transfers.
- More information on how Google processes your data, please visit Google’s Privacy & Terms.
How to Manage Your Data (Opt-out)
These services are only activated if you provide consent. You can manage, restrict, or revoke your consent at any time via:
- Our Cookie Banner: Adjust your preferences in the settings of our website’s consent tool (Cookiebot).
- Google Account Settings: Disable “Ads Personalization” and manage your advertising profile at My Ad Center (https://myadcenter.google.com/).
- Browser Add-on: Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent data collection by GA4 across all websites.
Do we share personal data?
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties unless otherwise stated below. We share your personal data if we have a legitimate interest, e.g. contractual rights or your consent to do so. We share your personal data with authorized third parties, for example in cases of:
- Delivery of your purchases
- Providing services
- Billing
- Managing customer data
- Conducting research
- Managing marketing and other campaigns
DNWP has a global sales organization and some sales persons are located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). We share your personal data with persons who handle personal data for DNWP for the sales purposes. Therefore, your personal data may be transferred outside the EEA, to countries that do not have laws providing specific protection for personal data or that have different legal rules on data protection, for example to Thailand.
In such cases, we ensure that there is a legal basis for such a transfer and that adequate protection for your personal data is provided as required by applicable law, for example, by using standard contractual safeguards approved by relevant authorities.
In some cases, we are obligated by a mandatory law to disclose your personal data to certain authorities or other third parties, for example, for law enforcement agencies in the countries where we, or third parties acting on our behalf, operate.
We may also disclose and otherwise process your personal data in accordance with applicable law to defend DNWP’s legitimate interests, for example, in civil or criminal legal proceedings.

- You have a right to restrict the processing of your personal data.

- You have a right to cancel your prior consent to share your personal data. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing made prior to its withdrawal.
If you want to use your rights, please send your request to an email address: privacy@dnwpartners.com
