Hyperion is a modular Ethernet switch especially designed for industrial users in various fields. The product family offers three types of chassis options in one, very versatile functionalities, up to 20ms protection & recovery time, precise time synchronization for real-time requirements and redundant power supply.
HYPERION-500
An industrial 10/100/1000M Ethernet switch in the modular system. The device is equipped with 8x slots, depending on the housing version, dedicated to the installation of advanced hot-swap modules that allow different configuration of RJ45, SFP connectors.
HYPERION-402
The advanced 10G/1G/100M modular Ethernet switch with up 80Gbps matrix capacity dedicated to provide the transmission of applications, supervision and operation of power stations, CCTV and other applications for the industry.
HYPERION-300
A managed industrial Ethernet switch equipped with eight 10/100/1000Mbps RJ45 (with PoE+ support) and 100M/1G/2.5Gps SFP ports and additional interfaces measurement and control. It is dedicated to provide the transmission of applications, supervision and operation of power stations, CCTV and other applications for the industry.
HYPERION-200
An advanced managed industrial L2/L3, 10/1 Gigabit Ethernet switch equipped with RJ45 port 8/16x 10/100/1000Mbps or 8x 100/1000Mbps SFP and 4x 1G/2.5G/10Gbps SFP/SFP+ with a matrix up to 160 Gbps for transmission in power plants, CCTV and other industrial applications.

HEAVY DUTY PTZ DOME CAMERAS with heating and infra red light sources require reliable a high power PSE source. PoE++ standard enables power feeding up to 90W over standard Ethernet cabling.
An environmentally rugged and electromagnetically compatible design is essential in installation locations like power sub station switch yards. The small outdoor cabinet installations also require a compact size with DIN rail mounting.
Full featured Ethernet switching functionalities bring Carrier-grade services to internal sub station communication with seamless connectivity to SDH or MPLS-TP transport networks. Hyperion 105 can be easily connected to the same network management system with other critical telecommunication devices.

Hyperion 500 Ethernet switches
CONNECTION MASTER SDH / MPLS-TP hybrid nodes for a wide area network and Hyperion 500 switches for a sub station local area network provide full solution for all communication needs of the power grid.
Sub station hardened Hyperion 500 provides reliable connection inside the station and a clock distribution including GNSS synchronization. Connection Master network provides long reach data connections between substations and a clock distribution to back-up satellite communication blackouts. All network elements can be easily monitored with a single management system (NMS).
Fully redundant system has protected single point failure modules, redundant paths with fast switchover and doubled management system.
